Trying to provide nutritious food options for people dealing with chronic illness or battling autoimmune health issues can be challenging which is why I started a fully organic garden a few years ago. What started as a small back yard garden with raised beds in the "burbs" of Rochester, NY has now moved indoors and Gems of Eden was born.

We are dedicated to providing the purest and most nutritious greens to our community by using high-quality, open pollenated, non GMO, heirloom and organic seeds sourced from reputable venders with the highest integrity.

All our plants at  Gems of Eden are sourced with filtered water that's free from any chlorine, synthetic chemicals, heavy metals or pesticides.  This ensures you're getting the best micros the way nature intended from every bite.

All of our hydroponically grown greens are "dirt free" by using 100% compostable fiber growing media mats instead of soil which keeps our micros clean and  means they'll last longer.

Even the packaging we use at Gems of Eden  are with a conscious effort to reduce waste. We use bio-resin BPI Certified containers made from corn that are  compostable after 180 days.
