It all starts with the seeds we use for our plants. Gems of Eden uses high-quality, open pollenated, non GMO, heirloom and organic seeds sourced from reputable venders with the highest integrity.

All our plants at  Gems of Eden are grown indoors in a climate controlled building. This means our greens are NEVER exposed to insects, pests, air pollution or worse... airborne pesticides.

Gems of Eden micros are fed with a triple filtered water system that's free from any chlorine, synthetic chemicals, heavy metals or pesticides.

Gems of Eden is the only  microgreen business in Rochester, NY that doesn't grow on dirt or coco coir. All of our hydroponically grown greens are "dirt free" by using 100% compostable fiber growing media mats instead of soil which keeps our micros clean and  means they'll last longer.

Even the packaging we use at Gems of Eden  are with a conscious effort to protect our environment & reduce waste. We use bio-resin BPI Certified containers made from corn, NOT PLASTIC, that are compostable after 180 days.
