Every microgreen selection at Gems of Eden  is (GTO) grown to order.  We will occassionally have some trays of micros available, but the majority will only be grown at the time each order is placed to reduce waste.

 

The deadline for weekly orders needs to be placed by 10pm on Wednesdays. The clock then starts early the next morning (Thursdays) when all the trays are seeded.

Our micros are typically ready in 7 -10 days. Starting on Wed/ Thurs gives enough time to have them ready the following weekend Sat/ Sun.

 

This year we plan to be at some of the  local Farmer's Markets so orders can be picked up at our booth as well.

Gems of Eden  will notify you 2 days before harvesting your greens and schedule your delivery accordingly.
