Every microgreen selection at Gems of Eden  is (GTO) grown to order.  We will occassionally have some trays of micros available, but the majority will only be grown at the time each order is placed to reduce waste.

 

The deadline for weekly orders needs to be placed by 6pm on Wednesdays. The clock then starts early the next morning (Thursdays) when all the trays are seeded.

Our micros are typically ready in 7 -10 days. Starting on Wed/ Thurs gives enough time to have them ready the following weekend Sat/ Sun.

 

 

Starting in June we will be at the Rochester Public Market so orders can be picked up at our booth from 7am - 2pm.
